Note : Bhasmasura received a boon from Shiva that if he placed his hand on anyone's head that person would be burnt to ashes. He proceeded to immediately chase Shiva to try out his boon on Him. Shiva acted as is afraid and ran, requesting Vishnu to handle Bhasmasura. Vishnu became a damsel (Mohini) and tricked the fool into placing his hand on his own head, thus reducing him to ashes.

marundenrE tiriginrAn - He roams around as the medicine
piNi koNDa mAndarkkE - for people who have afflictions.
