mAnasa - O mind,
bhaja bhaja anavaratam - worship/seek incessantly
mA padAmbhOruham - the lotus feet of mA(Goddess Lakshmi)
shrI ramA - (who is also) ramA, the one who delights
anupallavi
ApadAm nivAraNa caNam - (Those feet that are) adept at prevention of calamities,
amarEsha sanakAdi pUjitam - and are worshipped by Indra, the king of Devas and the rishis beginning with Sanaka

hastAbharaNam - (The feet that ) adorn the hands of
mahA payOnidhE - Samudraraja, the god of the milk-ocean,

Note : Samudraraja, the ocean-god is the father of Lakshmi. So this would probably mean when he seats her on his lap, his hands would hold her feet to support her.
