mahA payOnidhE hastAbharaNam mahA viSNOr vakSa-sthalAbharaNam
mahA mOha vaitaraNI taraNam mahA janana maraNa bhavOddhAraNam

Meaning:

pallavi

mAnasa - O mind, bhaja bhaja anavaratam - worship/seek incessantly
mA padAmbhOruham - the lotus feet of mA(Goddess Lakshmi)
shrI ramA - (who is also) ramA, the one who delights

anupallavi

ApadAm nivAraNa caNam - (Those feet that are) adept at prevention of calamities,
amarEsha sanakAdi pUjitam - and are worshipped by Indra, the king of Devas and the rishis beginning with Sanaka

caraNam

hastAbharaNam - (The feet that ) adorn the hands of
mahA payOnidhE - Samudraraja, the god of the milk-ocean,
vakSa sthalAbharaNam - (the feet) that adorn the chest
mahA viSNOr - of Maha Vishnu,
mahA mOha vaitaraNi taraNam - (the feet) that help cross the worldly delusion that is like the river from hell , Vaitarani
mahA janana maraNa bhavOddhAraNam - that uplift one from the great cycle of births and deaths.

Note : Samudraraja, the ocean-god is the father of Lakshmi. So this would probably mean when he seats her on his lap, his hands would hold her feet to support her.
